The exhibition “Faces of Russian Resistance” opened in Norway

At the Grensvik Coastal Fortress Museum in the municipality of Lyrøy, portraits of Russian political prisoners have been included in a large anti-war project. (https://www.facebook.com/groups/detskjerpaluroyinnland/permalink/24663509709910198/)

The exhibition, prepared by the Narvik Military Museum, offers a new perspective on the events of the war in Ukraine through the lens of a photographer-reporter and the vivid words of a journalist.

The photographs, taken by independent authors, reflect pain and hope, strength of spirit and fragility.

The exhibition also covers the work of international organizations, the lives and fates of refugees, children in war conditions, and the decisions people make in times of crisis.

The exhibition has been prepared in collaboration with the SmåRådina association.

It can be visited from August 15 on weekdays from 12:00 to 15:00, or by appointment.
